Victor-Marie Hugo and his Great Works

Art is always in writings. Art is always the source of happiness and beauty. Writings have different meaning that create symbols, a symbols that link in every creation even in a single pigments. Art is the process of deliberately arranging items that have symbolic significant and affects one or more senses and emotion. Literature have deepest meaning in every culture and gives idea and knowledge in every creation that is now seen in modern world.

One of the finest playwright, novelist, visual artist, essayist, human rights activist and statesman have created different volumes of poetry that captivate and stand in modern world. Victor-Marie Hugo was known and identified as the greatest French poet. A man that created a true art and his best -known works are the novels “Les Miserables” and “Notre-Dame in Paris” and the Notre-Dame in Paris is also known as “The Hunchback of Notre Dame” in English.

Victor Hugo also wrote different volumes of poetry and among of these are “La Legende des siecles” and “Les Contemplation”. At an early age, the precocious passion and eloquence of Victor Hugo's early work brought fame and success. Due to his political stances, like Chateaubriand, the famous figure in the literary movement of Romanticism, Victor Hugo profoundly influenced to was become involved in politics as a champion of Republicanism and be forced into exile.

Claude Gueux, is one of his short story that considered an early example of true crime fiction and it contains Victor Hugo's early thoughts on societal injustice which Les Miserables was created thirty years later. It is a documentary short story about a real-life murderer who has been executed in France and later an editor of the Revenue de Paris and merchant, Charles Carlier considered the work to be of such great educational value that he arranged for copies to be sent to all deputies in France, and Les Miserables was an example of great works on social injustice that created by Victor Hugo that came from an idea of his own work, Claude Gueux.
